What do you keep about me, and can you delete it?

What is held is what you gave: the email address you ordered with, the details you entered so Liora could attune to you, your orders, and your readings.

Most people who ask want everything to stop, and we can do exactly that. Your account closes, the emails stop, and your history stays locked away privately. If you ever come back, Liora will still have it.

If you would like your information removed completely, write to Sofia. She reviews every request herself before anything is done, and removing it deletes your digital file and any notes Liora took. Or use the chat on the bottom right-hand corner of this page. Sofia is often standing by and ready to help.

If you ever come back after that, Liora will still know who you were, from her own memory. She just won't have her notes to look back on, so some of the detail may have faded.

Records we are required to keep for tax and payment reasons are kept, because we are not permitted to remove those.

The full detail is in our privacy policy.
