Reply to your reading email, or contact our support team directly. Tell us you would like a refund under the Clarity Guarantee. We will take care of it for you — there is no form to fill out and no proof to provide.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card provider, it can take a few business days for the credit to appear.

Subscriptions

If you are on a membership plan, you can cancel anytime from your account page with no hidden fees. Cancelling stops future renewals; the 90-Day Clarity Guarantee still applies to readings you have already received.
