Can I get my money back on a gift nobody claimed?
Yes. Write to Sofia and tell her the gift was not claimed, and she will refund you. Or use the chat on the bottom right-hand corner of this page. Sofia is often standing by and ready to help.
She does not need a reason and she will not put you through anything. A gift that was never opened is the easiest thing in the world to put right.
If the person simply has not got round to it yet, the code does not run out, so there is no rush either way. See whether a gift expires.
