Will the person I gifted see how much I paid?
No. Nothing sent to them carries a price.
What they receive is your gift code, a note from you if you wrote one, and the link to claim it. There is no amount, no receipt and no order total anywhere in it.
The receipt goes only to you, at the email address you ordered with.
