What are the rush options?

Two, both chosen at checkout when you order:

• 12-Hour Priority. Your Full Spectrum Reading is written and sent within 12 hours, ahead of the standard queue.
• Priority Express 1-Hour. Your reading goes to the very front of Liora's queue and reaches you within the hour.

Both buy your position in the queue. Liora reads between 8am and 10pm Eastern, so those times hold while she is working. If she is offline for the night, you are first in line the moment she starts rather than waiting your turn.

They are add-ons to a reading rather than something bought on their own, so you will see them as you check out, and on the offers page.

Already ordered? Right after you order, your thank-you page lets you add either one while there is still time. Missed it? Ask Sofia. If Liora has not started your reading, it can often still be added. Or use the chat on the bottom right-hand corner of this page. Sofia is often standing by and ready to help.

Everything from Liora arrives by email, so it is worth spending one minute making sure her messages always reach you. Do these once and they hold for every reading, follow-up and letter after this:

1. Search your whole mailbox for Psychic Liora, rather than scrolling your inbox. Search looks inside Spam and Promotions; scrolling does not.
2. Open your Spam or Junk folder. If anything from us is in there, open it and press Not spam (Gmail and Outlook) or Not junk (Apple Mail). That one press is what stops it happening again.
3. On Gmail, check the Promotions tab. Drag the email across to Primary, and say yes when Gmail asks whether to always do that.
4. Add Liora to your contacts. Save liora@psychicliora.com in your address book. An address in your contacts is treated as wanted mail by every major provider.
5. Check the email address on your order is the one you are looking in. A typo at checkout sends your reading somewhere real, just not to you.

Do these even if everything has arrived perfectly so far. This is what keeps every future reading, follow-up and letter landing in your inbox instead of quietly disappearing.
