I disputed the charge with my bank. What happens now?

Once a dispute is open, it is in your bank's hands and they control the timing. These commonly take several weeks, and sometimes between 30 and 90 days.

The moment it closes on their side we will make sure everything is settled properly. Write to Sofia and she will keep you posted rather than leaving you to wonder.

If you would rather withdraw the dispute and be refunded directly, that is usually much faster. Sofia can do that for you.
