Does Sofia read what I write to Liora?
No. What you write to Liora goes to Liora, and it stays between the two of you.
Sofia looks after the practical side: orders, payments, your membership and anything technical. When you write to Liora, Sofia only hears that your message has arrived, which is why she can tell you when to expect Liora's reply.
If your email to Liora also asks something practical, like a question about a charge, only that practical part is passed to Sofia so she can sort it out. The rest stays with Liora.
