Who is Sofia?

Sofia is Liora's sister, and she runs the practical side so Liora can stay with the readings.

Anything to do with an order, a payment, a delivery, your membership or something on the site not working is hers. She can refund you, correct your details, re-send a reading and put right anything that has gone wrong, without asking anyone's permission first.

Cancelling and pausing you do yourself, from your account page, which is quicker than waiting on a reply. If that page will not work for you, tell Sofia and she will do it for you.

She answers the contact form and the chat window at the bottom of any page, usually within 10 to 15 minutes and always the same day.
